Request of re payment of booking cancellation must be send at the following Fax number (22) 2623-6120.

The cancellation of a booking is charged like following:

Low season
Until 15 days before arrival - without costs
Less than 14 days before arrival - 25 percent of the total costs

High season
Until 15 days before arrival - without costs
Less as 14 days before arrival - 50 percent of the total costs

Packages, New Year, Carnival and Easter
Until 15 days before arrival - 25 percent of the total costs
Less as 14 days before arrival - 100 percent of the total costs*

At sooner departure, at every booking, if package or not, the total of the booking is charged. *

* According to case the hotel decides if gives a credit for stays, that can be cashed at a later time. The credit can be transferred to another person, at same condition and at same date.

NO SHOW
No show means if the guest doesn't appear at arrival date. The room is available for 24 hours.
After the 24 hours, the booking is deleted, without right on return of the booking amount.
