Booking Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed by deposit full or partial payment of the stay as follows:
- As confirmation of the deposit payment will receive by mail a booking confirmation voucher with the contacts of the establishment.
- The voucher to be delivered on arrival contains all information relating the booking, such as name and number of guests, check-in and check-out date, room type, extras and any remaining amount to be paid at the inn.
- After the transfer of the deposit amount to the hotel, all questions, changes or cancellations of reservations must be handled directly with the hotel.

Cancellation policy and no show
- Every hotel apply its own policies for returning the deposit in case of cancellation or in case of no show (no arriving on check-in date).
- Depending on the time missing on arrival, will be refunded the full amount or part of the deposit like the cancellation policies.
